No. It is not necessary to practice exercise to have results with a Codigo plan. Although exercise and physical activity are very important for health and an excellent complement to any lifestyle, what you eat constitutes 75% of the results of how you look and how you feel.
Yes, you can follow a plan during breastfeeding. The appropriate plan is the CPX which is customized according to the age of the baby and whether breastfeeding is exclusive or mixed.
Yes. You can follow a plan if you are pregnant since it is very important that during this stage your diet is adequate for the correct nutrition of you and your baby.
The recommended plan is the CPX that is customized according to the trimester of your pregnancy and its nutritional requirements. You will also learn to eat by eliminating processed foods, which will make you feel less tired, sleep better and reduce anxiety.
For minors, we require that all communications are conducted by a parent or guardian who must commit to help him/her in the process and maintain contact with the coach on a weekly basis.

1. Choose the right plan for you and add it to your shopping cart.
2. In the shopping cart, read and accept terms and conditions and then go to "checkout" to choose the payment method.
3. Fill in your details and then proceed to the payment screen.
4. Choose payment method and finalize your order.
5. You will receive an order confirmation email in your email.
You must go to our website and in the menu bar click on MY ACCOUNT to create a user account with the same email you used to make the purchase or you can create your account here.
Then fill out the form and read the instructions for your plan inside your account.
1. Go to the MY ACCOUNT section in the menu of our website or enter here to create your account.
2. Fill in your name, last name, email (Must be the same one you used for the purchase) and create a password that you can easily remember.
3. Press the button where it says SIGN UP.
4. You will receive an email to validate your email.
5. Press the button that you will find in the email and then log in to your account with your newly registered email and password.
When you log in to your account, you will find the FORM icon where you will have to fill in personal data such as weight, height, physical activity, conditions, preferences and comments, among others, in order to elaborate your plan.
You have 30 days to complete your form after placing your order.
If your form is successfully submitted, a message will be displayed on your screen confirming that it was received correctly.
If you missed completing any field or some information was entered incorrectly, the system will display an error on your screen before proceeding.
If it does not allow you to proceed, check that all the fields have an answer and then proceed to the end to submit it.
IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR PLAN YET: Log back into your account and enter your form, correct the field you want to correct and press submit again.
IF YOU HAVE ALREADY RECEIVED YOUR PLAN and you need to add important information to your form, log in to your account, change what you want to change and submit it.
NOTIFY YOUR COACH THROUGH THE "CONTACT COACH" SECTION REGARDING THE CHANGE IN YOUR FORM SO HE/SHE CAN VERIFY IF THE NEW INFORMATION REQUIRES ANY MODIFICATION IN YOUR PLAN.
Once you have completed the form, you will receive your plan within 3 business days*.
We will send you an email when your plan is ready in your account.
* If there is any information that requires more details we will contact you to clarify any doubts before preparing your plan
* If you have not received your plan within the mentioned deadline please contact your coach.
From the moment you receive your plan, you have 30 days to start your plan with the START PLAN button found in the weight section of your account.
The day you press the START PLAN button is considered day 1 of your plan and your weeks begin to run, so be sure to press it when you are ready to go.
If you do not start the plan with the START PLAN button within the 30 days indicated, it will start automatically and the weeks of your plan will begin to run.
You can contact your coach through the CONTACT COACH section or write to the students' exclusive e-mail.
HOW IT WORKS
Read the instructions in your account and then review your plan in detail.
If you need to change anything, please contact your coach through the CONTACT COACH section.
Then check if you have the necessary ingredients and get ready to go. You have 30 days to start your plan.
When you are ready to go, on the day you are going to start your plan, you must log in to your account and press the START PLAN button that you will find in the UPDATE WEIGHT section of your account.
At the end of each week, you must enter your weight next to the corresponding date in the WEIGHT section of your account.
There you will also find instructions on how to rate your week as ACHIEVED or NOT ACHIEVED.
You have 6 days after the corresponding date to enter your weight in your account. If more than 6 days have passed, the week will be marked as NOT REPORTED and you will not be able to enter your weight from your account.
To enter a weight from a week marked as NOT REPORTED, you must send your weight to your coach to be entered into your account.
You can freeze your plan once for a maximum period of 4 weeks.
To freeze your plan you must do it through your coach.
Your plan will be automatically reactivated after the frozen weeks have elapsed.
If you need to unfreeze it before the time you have indicated, you can do it through your coach.
You can upload 12 photos to your account. If you need to upload more contact your coach.
You can pay by credit card, Paypal (only if you have a Paypal account) and electronic transfer (only for chile)

The plans are paid only once for the total number of weeks included in each one.
In the case of memberships or maintenance, the charge is monthly.
When you purchase a gift card, you will receive an email with an access button where you can view and print it. You can also forward the email containing the gift card with its code to the person you wish to give it as a gift.
The card you received comes with a code of numbers and letters.
You must go to the page, choose the plan you want to buy, add it to the cart and proceed to checkout.
There you will need to fill in your information and then proceed to payment methods.
On that screen you will find a box that says discount or gift card. There you must enter the code of your gift card that will be applied as a payment method and finally complete the order.
