As a digital service, there is no right to a refund once you have received the plan in your account.We will only issue refunds in the period between the submission of the form and the fulfillment of the plan except in membership plans where there are no refunds.
After paying for your plan, you have 30 days to complete your form (except in cases of membership where the form must be completed on the purchase date). After that period, if you have not sent your form, your plan expires without the right to a refund.
If you have already completed your form and received your plan, you can freeze only once for a maximum period of 4 weeks and then resume. Once this period has elapsed, if you do not reactivate your plan, the weeks will be automatically reactivated until the end of it without the right to a refund.
In cases of membership, you will be able to cancel your membership online after 4 payment periods through your account or by writing to your coach.
